Board of Directors

The meeting was called to order by Vice President,
Sandy Mezger
Roll was taken with the following attendance:

Minutes: Fonda Hofstetter made
a motion to approve the minutes as presented seconded by
Vicki Widiker, motion carried.
Items from the floor: Rhett Shumway has asked the
Chamber to join him with the choice gas program. After
discussion the board agreed to continue with the program
as we have done in the past. Anyone wanting to join the
Chambers Choice Gas program is welcomed.
New Business:
Board of Directors: Sheila
Bailey has resigned as a board member. Fonda Hofstetter
made a motion to except Sheila Bailey’s resignation,
seconded by Sandi Gilland, motion carried. Paul Brown
made a motion to appoint Betty White to fulfill Sheila’s
term, seconded by Vicki Widiker, motion carried. Vicki
Widiker made a motion for Sandi Gilland to be the Board
of Directors Secretary / Treasure, seconded by Sandy
Mezger, motion carried.
Easter Bunnies are being sewed and are for sale. The
bunny bags will be filled with candy and sold for $5.
The bunnies will be delivered April 13.
Things to do in Glenrock: Mary Kay is working on a flyer
to be distributed to others about Glenrock. She is
looking for 100 or 100+ things to do in Glenrock. She
has 94 ideas that were handed out for review. Every
Glenrock Chamber member is mentioned. These new flyers
and brochures will be handed / mailed out with Chamber
request.
Old Business:
WYOMING CAVALRY: The Wyoming Cavalry is hosting a
Glenrock night at an upcoming game. Glenrock will be
seated in the Rowdy Box. Tickets are $20 each which
includes: FREE parking, FREE pizza, contestants for the
games will be chosen from those in the Rowdy book, and
50/50 Raffle by Glenrock youth. There are 100 tickets
available and will be sold on a first come first serve
bases.
Bills: Sandi Gilland made a motion to pay the
bills seconded by Vicki Widiker, motion passed. Total
$84.03.
Sandy Mezger made a motion to adjourn seconded by Paul
Brown.
